What we collect, and what we do with it
The short version: the enquiry form is the only thing on this site that collects anything, and it collects the minimum a moving crew needs to call you back. The long version is below, and it's still short.
What the form collects
Your name, the phone number we call back, an email if you'd like the quote in writing, the suburbs you're moving between, the kind of move, the window you're aiming for, and whatever you put in the details box: floor, lift access, furniture list. That's the list. No account, no login, no profile.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and plan the move. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local removals provider so your request gets serviced. That is the full journey of your details. They are not sold, rented, swapped, or added to a marketing list, and there is no newsletter to sign you up to. Your phone number is used to call you back about your move, and for nothing else.
What we don't run
No analytics scripts. No advertising pixels. No tracking cookies, which is why there's no cookie banner asking you to agree to them. What you read on this site stays between you and your browser.
Spam protection
The form carries one hidden field a person never sees. Bots fill it in; people can't. Submissions that fill it are discarded before anyone reads them. No puzzles, no traffic lights, no clicking on buses.
What we hold, and how to have it removed
If you've enquired, we hold what you sent: the form fields above, kept so we can respond and keep an honest record of the job. Want to know exactly what we have, or want it deleted? Send a note through the enquiry form (the same form, there's a certain symmetry to it) and we'll sort it.
Plain English on purpose. Last updated July 2026. Questions belong in the enquiry form too.
